Tomato rice

Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice              2 cups
  • tomato                         3
  • onion                            1
  • clove                             2
  • cashew                        4
  • salt
  • cinnamon                   1
  • red chilli powder       1/4 tsp
  • garam masala          1/4 tsp
  • oil

Method:

  • Cook the rice separetely
  • Cut the onion and tomatoes.
  • In a frying pan, pour 2 tsp of oil, add clove, cashews, oinion, tomatoes.
  • Then, add a pinch of salt, red chilli powder, cinnamon, garam masala and fry well.
  • Pour the cooked rice and mix well

Serve hot.
