Coconut chutney

Ingredients:

  • coconut powder            4tbs
  • ginger                             1/4 inch
  • cayenne chilli                  1
  • mustard seeds               1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • salt

Method:

  1. Cut the ginger  and the cayenne chilli into small pieces
  2. Blend the ginger, cayenne chilli, coconut powder and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, add oil, put mustard seeds, add the mixture 2 min.

Serve chutney with a dish of idli.
