Coconut chutney

Ingredients:

coconut powder 4tbs
-
ginger 1/4 inch
-
cayenne chilli 1
-
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
-
oil
-
salt
Method:
-
Cut the ginger and the cayenne chilli into small pieces
-
Blend the ginger, cayenne chilli, coconut powder and salt.
-
In a saucepan, add oil, put mustard seeds, add the mixture 2 min.
Serve chutney with a dish of idli.
