Chicken tandoori

Ingredients:

  • chicken
  • yogurt                                   1
  • tandoori paste or spice    2 tbsp
  • lemon juice                         6 tbsp
  • oil                                          2 tbsp
  • cloves of garlic                    2     
  • pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Blend the tandoori spice, yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic and salt
  2. Put the chicken in the marinade
  3. Cover it at least 3 hours in the fridge
  4. Preheated your oven at 210 °c
